1. Scope
Applies to paid memberships, event registrations, publications, and merchandise purchased via our site or in-person at events.
2. Refund requests
- Memberships: Refundable within 14 days of purchase, prorated or full, depending on usage.
- Events: Full refund if canceled 30+ days before event; 50% refund 15–29 days before; none if within 14 days.
- Products (books, merchandise):
- Product must be unused and in original condition within 30 days of purchase.
- Customer covers return shipping unless item is defective/damaged.
- Refunds processed within 10 business days of receipt.
3. How to request a refund
Contact [email protected] with your name, order or membership number, purchase date, and reason for request. Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method. We may take up to 10 business days to process.
4. Non‑refundable items
- Personalized certifications, digital downloads, membership upgrades, and sponsorship packages are non-refundable unless defective or undelivered.
5. Changes or cancellations
We reserve the right to cancel or modify orders, events, or memberships. If we do, you’ll be offered a full refund.
