INFO
By applying the principles of improvisational theatre to the professional environment, improVIBE will offer a team building and public speaking workshop that breaks away from the conventional and predictable.

The methodology is centered around guiding participants through interactive activities that energize them, strengthen team bonds, and develop practical tools for effective communication.

During the workshop, participants will take part in exercises and games — both group and individual — all inspired by the world of improv theatre. These activities are carefully adapted for non-theatrical settings, ensuring that no one feels exposed or uncomfortable.

Through this unique approach, participants will discover how improvisation can build stronger team dynamics, improve communication, enhance collaboration, and foster greater emotional awareness — all within a fun, safe, and creative environment.

CAREER INSIGHTS FROM FORMER PRESIDENTS
Former ASHRAE Hellenic Chapter presidents will share their professional journeys, the choices that shaped their careers, and the different paths they followed. They’ll reflect on how ASHRAE influenced their development, provided direction, and helped them grow as engineers and leaders.
