Getting from Advanced Energy Design Guides (AEDGs) to Zero Energy Buildings (ZEBs)

Why YOU should attend?
It is a great opportunity to learn from the developer of EnergyPlus and the USDOE’s Commercial Buildings Initiative. Dr. CRAWLEY with an experience of 35 years in the energy field has been active in promoting the creation of low- and net-zero-energy buildings by being active in ASHRAE participating as a Chair of Standard 169 (Weather Data for Building Design Standards), member of SSPC 189.1 (Standard for the Design of High-Performance, Green Buildings Except Low-Rise Residential Buildings), member of SSPC 140 (Standard Method of Test for the Evaluation of Building Energy Analysis Computer Programs) among others.

Dr. CRAWLEY, Distinguished Lecturer (DL) of ASHRAE, is Bentley Fellow and Director focusing on building performance, design, BIM, energy efficiency, renewable energy, net-zero-energy buildings, interoperability, sustainability, and resilience.

Want more reasons?
Especially for our non ASHRAE members! You can enter a draw and become the lucky owner of a 2015 ASHRAE HANDBOOKHVAC Applications !

Additionally, a technical visit to the Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Center (the under construction new “Opera House” and “National Library”), see photos, will be arranged for ten that will state their interest. The names will be drawn at the end of the event.
