Refund requests<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Memberships<\/strong>: Refundable within 14 days of purchase, prorated or full, depending on usage.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Events<\/strong>: Full refund if canceled 30+ days before event; 50% refund 15\u201329 days before; none if within 14 days.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Products (books, merchandise)<\/strong>:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Product must be unused and in original condition within 30 days of purchase.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Customer covers return shipping unless item is defective\/damaged.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Refunds processed within 10 business days of receipt.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3.
